LIFETIME WARRANTY

FoldAR offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all manufacturer defects in original materials and workmanship. If any FoldAR product shows evidence of such defects, we will repair or replace your product in the most expeditious manner possible. FoldAR does not warranty against damage caused to FoldAR products by the correct or incorrect installation of third party products. Be sure to retain your sales receipt as proof of purchase date when making a claim. If you experience any issues with your FoldAR product due to manufacturer defects, please submit a Returns Material Authorization (“RMA”) form for your warranty claim. Once receiving the item, we will repair or replace your FoldAR product to ensure your issues are resolved.

 

RETURN POLICY (updated January 1, 2023)

To return your FoldAR product for repair, please complete and submit the Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) above. After receiving a response and instruction from us, place the item securely in appropriate packaging and ship your FoldAR product to the following address:

REFUNDS (updated January 1, 2023)

FoldAR does not offer refunds except for unused products within 30 days of original purchase date, at its sole discretion. For refunds on unused/non-defective FoldAR products, please contact us through the RMA form above to discuss your issue, arrange repair, exchange or refund prior to shipping your FoldAR product to us, as to ensure your request is processed in a timely fashion.

    • FoldAR reserves the right to repair, refund (minus the restocking fee) or exchange a defective product at its sole discretion.

    • A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns not associated with a defective product.

    • Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund.

    • Firearms must be shipped via a FedEx Express service, with adult signature required.

    • Ensure returned firearms are not loaded or packaged with any ammunition.

    • You must provide sufficient insurance to cover the cost of the returned product, tax, and shipping. The risk of loss or damage in transit to/from FoldAR is the responsibility of the customer. 

    • Merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging to qualify for a restocking return.

    • Merchandise must be return-shipped in a protective box.

    • You are entitled to a full refund (including shipping and tax) if the return resulted from our error. Otherwise, we will deduct the restocking fee, tax, and shipping costs from your refund.

    • Refunds for items purchased directly from FoldAR will be returned to the original purchase method.

    • Please provide a copy of the receipt or sales order number to expedite the process.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your product, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your product to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
